A Choice Without A Voice

My mother's pool is full of fools
Never do be loved
Does she have one, no
Now you question, if she doesn't
What is it I speak of
I speak of nothing, none and never
Every person will love, ever
However, not from me
So now remember simple pleasures
Smiles you can see
Granted freedom from displeasure
Lust, ferocity, trust these words to be
We were all born to be free
That is not freedom to me

Believe In Good

I care not to know a goal, only the contents of your soul
I'd look into the eyes I'd seen so long ago
Tell me what you are, not a name, not a face
Give me a reason to believe through your disgrace
I choose what is by all measure, right
If there is no devil seen in this there should never be a fight
Overwhelmed only by fearful hands, manipulated odds
Those who build a life on lies and idolize false gods
They never know how many others they will then effect
By harming those who've loved the one they do choose to neglect
What's one is all, there is no other way to cast a stone
When many hold a hand above, there is nothing called its own
For we are many, we are one, we all have hearts within
Those known to be as filled with love are also filled with sin

No More Than Worthy

Who matters most is all
no individual worthy of a fall
Unworthy of a hand
Worth less than any other man
We are all here, with our own fears
With another hand in ours they disappear
When we walk away from any child crying
If you turn your back to the weak and to the dying
You are no greater for it, no less flawed
You're still left with a choice to kneel for God
Are you able to deny the rights of any
To be able to fit in among the many
Or will you choose the path that fewer follow
To prove your hopes and words could ring less hollow
Become the one you wish to see above you
The person in your dreams you hope could love you
You are but one, it's known but should you see this
The many others like you still could be this
Do not discourage selflessness with doubt
Do not let indecision ever shout
For you could be the one that lights the flame
That many others see and do the same
