What a magnificent experience, this life

We lose nothing, gaining thought in memory

Hearts open through our passion within each moment

Written in our minds, passing never, always there

Were it not for desire, we would not live

Given time, we ask this only once, forgive

Forever in frozen, feathered hands that bless the skies

Endearing faces, floating glancing eyes

Were there such severed ties and binding lies

We'd never find our place by heaven's side

As each of us is holy, not by gods

But fashioned by the faith we hold inside

Each other, all our hands that hold the world

Within which never chosen as we're hurled

Continuing is chosen by our dreams

And given to those searching for what gleams
